Dialectical Behavioral Therapy

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is a specialized support where you are assisted in gaining skills in four areas: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion, and interpersonal skills. These skills will help you cope with the stresses of daily life, especially when symptoms are acute.

Although Deeper Bond does not offer a traditional 24-hour DBT team approach, we do offer weekly appointments for clients to learn and practice. For more resources on DBT, see the Essential Reading page.
